Knape and Vogt selected Animated Vision to develop a series of interactive product demonstrations along with animated assembly instructions for their Idea@Work line of ergonomic office products.
The photo-realistic demonstrations enable customers to easily familiarize themselves with available products and learn about their benefits and features before and after the purchase decision. The Animated Assembly Instructions help dramatically increase the self-service component and decrease the number of man-hours and dollars spent on customer support.
